This is ELMO

ELMO. Whilst trying to trap a stray cat, I found this boy starting to turn up, after a couple of weeks I managed to trap him, by then he was around 4 months old. He is now around eight months old and clearly does not want to be a feral, he likes being an indoor/outdoor cat and wants to play and be happy. He enjoys his new life. But he needs to be with someone who will make him their special boy, someone who will love him despite his wariness and will give him the time he needs to help him build character and confidence. He is getting a little better all the time, at first he would accept strokes and pats if you could get hold of him but now he does come of his own accord when things are real calm and quiet and enjoys being stroked. He can then be quietly picked up and held like a baby if you are quiet and gentle. He has really come a long way already, just needs someone who will love him on his terms and be very patient with him. When you do get him to come for a pat he is very smoochy and gentle. (He has a friend called Arlo, black and white boy, who came in at the same time and is the same age, if someone was prepared to take him as well it would be fantastic but its more important to find Elmo the right home as Arlo is a scaredycat and could take a lot longer to give him confidence. When rehomed he or they will be desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flead and wormed. Goldies Oldies is a one (wo)man band with one fosterer who just does what she can to help cats that have no homes. A donation would be great towards the cost of the above, however, what I am looking for is someone who is committed to changing this boy's life for the better. I know you are out there somewhere. 0223 808 366 This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
