Available for adoption: Uri was found tied to a fence, starving, dehydrated, and unable to bear his own body weight. He has progressed well and is now ready for a new beginning. He is approximately 16 months old. A real gentleman who knows basic commands and walks well on a lead. Uri will make a good family dog. He is good at mixing with other dogs and enjoys their company. Uri will suit someone with a lifestyle block or a large section to roam in. Uri demonstrates Pointer Retriever qualities and likes to play fetch with a ball. Our SPCA is situated in Kawerau, North Island, 1 hour's drive from Rotorua, 1 1/2 hours from Tauranga and approx 2 1/2 hours from Hamilton. We struggle to rehome our dogs as our Centre is in an economically poor area. Please consider adopting from us. Please don't buy from a breeder.
