This is Alfie

Alfie is an independent, chatty cat. He loves to lay down on the bed beside you, especially on cold days. He enjoys walking around and seeing what you are up to while you are outside. While he does like to spend some time outside, he seems to prefer to be inside, sleeping in the sun or somewhere warm. Generally he doesn't like to be picked up, but will jump on your lap for a hug, especially if you have a cozy blanket on. He is 7 an a bit years old and has been with us since he was a kitten. We don't have any other pets or children so we aren't sure how he would behave around them. He does not bite or scratch, instead he chooses to run off if you have annoyed him. He is curious, but can sometimes be a bit nervous around unknown or new things. He can also be a bit stand-offish if he has had too much attention. We are trying to find him a cozy home as we are planning on moving and won't be able to take him with us.
